Oh God the Vineyard. I used to live right down the road at the corner of Blanco and Bitters. I still see a Chiropractor one exit further down at Hardy Oak and 1604. Also Earl of Sandwich next to Lowe’s FTW I love that place. But traffic up there sucks, I try to avoid it now.

Neat! Love the car.
But what are you doing in Texas? Aren’t you one of the Atlanta Opponauts? How’s the car for such a long trip, assuming you’ve driven it between these places?

That’s the HEB I go to, might have to give it a try

Well, that’s complicated. I was an ATL opponaut, then I got a job in Texas, so I moved out here. Then I lost that job and am now in the process of relocating myself back to the south cause I hate it out here, pretty much complete lack of social life due to my job, and I like the south more. I was recently in GA for about a month after I got laid off, and I did drive, but I took my 128i, cause it’s cheaper to run. I have taken the M3 on a 10 hour trip before, drove from Corpus Christi to Tulsa in June, then back again in July in 100 degree heat AC blasting, no problems at all.

It’s a chain, but there aren’t too many of them. They run all of the sandwiches through this conveyor oven thing. Sorta like Quiznos but longer and slower. It’s a takes a little while to get the food but it’s miles better than Subway. I haven’t been in a few years since my daughter was diagnosed with Celiac and we avoid all bread, but it was my go-to sandwich spot for a while.

Has to be better than subway, ate way too much of that shit in the oil field. Also forgot to mention, bitters and blanco is like 5 mins from where I currently (and hopefully for only a short time longer) live
